Welcome to the

Hertfordshire
Telecare Service

This service can be delivered as part of your care plan.

We will provide you with a range of equipment that is tailored to your needs and can keep you safe in your own home by automatically calling for help when you need it most.

Who we are

We are the Hertfordshire Telecare Service and we are here to support you to live independently in your own home.

We will provide you with a simple system of sensors and alarms that will raise an alert and call for help when you need it; for example, if you have a fall. We can even provide a key safe at no extra cost to the service.

The system is monitored by friendly and expert call operators who will respond immediately to any alert raised and call you to check if you need help.

If needed we will contact your nominated responder who may be one of your family or friends. If they cannot attend, then our own responders from British Red Cross will come to your home to ensure you are safe and find you the help you need.

This service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
